DC wraps up another huge crossover story arc with last year’s Dark Crisis on Infinite Earths, it seems that the Teen Titans will be filling the void left by the Justice League due to them being on hiatus after the events of Dark Crisis.
This is all after the Titans Academy run was ended after seemingly only getting started. Now we see the Titans being given a huge responsibility in the form of replacing the Justice League on their own. There will certainly be lots of new dangers and threats that they will have to deal with.
There are also many other types of hardships the team may have to face, as DC have revealed that a key team member will die in only the second issue, which would be a pretty early shock for most fans. Still, we can only wait and see what direction DC decides to take.
The series will kick off in June 2023, where we will get to see the Titans in action as Earth’s new defenders.
