The author of the bestselling book series A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder has announced her upcoming book, The Reappearance of Rachel Price. According to Jackson, this new work of hers is by far her favorite thing that she has written, and she is so excited to see it released.
Holly Jackson came into the spotlight after the release of her book, A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder. The book topped the New York Best Sellers list and has sold over 400,000 copies. She then released two other installments in the series, Good Girl Bad Blood and As Good As Dead. Jackson also released a prequel novella of the first book called Kill Joy. The whole series has sold over 2 million copies in total and has become one of the most well known YA book series of this generation. The book series is being turned into a live action BBC adaptation right now.
After the end of her famous series, Jackson released a stand alone book in 2022 called Five Survive, which printed over 500,000 copies in its first release. And now, Jackson is excited to announce that her upcoming book is scheduled for release in April, 2024.
Jackson said in an interview with Publishers Weekly , “I have never been so excited to announce a new book as I am for The Reappearance of Rachel Price. Writing this book utterly wrecked me, and that’s why I think it might be my best yet.” Two more novels are set to be released by Jackson after The Reappearance of Rachel Price.
