How Not to Get a Ticket

By Ryder Lopez

Many people get tickets for all sorts of reasons. Whether it be driving the speed limit, having a seatbelt on, etc. People always get at least one ticket in their lifetime. Whether they like it or not. Well, I’m here to solve that problem. Here are the ways to not get a ticket while out there on the road. It’s really quite simple.

First way is to always drive over the speed limit. You may ask, “Why would I do that? Isn’t that what gets me a ticket?” Well my answer to that is, if you’re going over the speed limit, the cops will never catch you. Now, if they also decide to drive over the limit, simply speed up. This will guarantee you not getting a ticket.

Another way is never having your seatbelt on. Now if you notice a cop pulling you over, quickly buckle the seatbelt, pull over, and say, “What seems to be the officer, problem?” If they say you didn’t have a seatbelt on, look at your seatbelt that is buckled and say, “I don’t know what you’re talking about. Are you under the influence sir? Let me see your badge number.” They will be forced to show you, and they will leave because they have no evidence of you committing any crimes.

These two ways will always make sure you don’t receive a ticket on the road. Follow these rules and you will have a perfect, clean driving record your whole life. Thank you for listening, and stay safe out there.
