Alec Benjamin is a 29 year old singer-songwriter who is known for his Indie-Pop songs and multiple hit albums. He rose to fame when his smash hit single “Let Me Down Slowly” reached the charts at top 40 in over 25 different countries and has amassed over 1 billion streams on Spotify up until August 2023. Since then, he has released 3 albums and has won multiple awards and acknowledgements for his songs.
“Different Kind Of Beautiful” talks about the emotions of finding someone so beautiful and amazing that it genuinely terrifies you. It talks about how falling in love with someone like that can make you feel confused about what you feel and causes you to lose control of your reactions to things. This can be heard in the chorus.
