Colleges Still Accepting Applications After 11/30

If you happen to miss the deadline for submitting your college applications, don’t worry, because you are still in luck! In fact, many colleges have application deadlines that go into February or later. Some colleges even have a policy where they keep accepting applications until they have filled all of their spots. Here are some colleges that accept late applications in California:

  1. CSU Bakersfield

This is a mid-sized, 4-year community college that offers both undergraduate and graduate programs. Their in-state tuition and fees amount to roughly $7,708 and they have an acceptance rate of 85%. They accept student applications until December 15th.

  1.  CSU Fresno

This is a large, 4-year community college with over 363 acres of land designated for it. It offers both undergraduate and graduate programs. Their in-state tuition plus fees amounts to around $6,974 while having an acceptance rate of 95%. This college accepts student applications until December 15th.

  1. CSU Chico

This is a mid-sized, 4-year community college that is set in a rural area. They offer both undergraduate and graduate programs. Their in-state tuition amounts to roughly $8,064, including additional fees. This college accepts students to submit applications until December 15th.

  1. Stanford University

This is a large, private 4-year college. The college is set in a suburban community and offers undergraduate and graduate programs. Their tuition and fees are more on the higher side, being roughly $62,484. They also have a very low acceptance rate of 4%, but they accept applications until January 2nd.

  1. CSU Dominguez Hills

This is a mid-size, 4-year public college. The college is set in a suburban area that offers undergraduate and graduate programs. Their tuition plus fees amounts to about $8,372 and has a decent acceptance rate of 89%. They accept college applications until December 4th.

  1. Rice University

Located in Houstin, Texas, this is a mid-sized, 4-year private college. They offer both undergraduate and graduate programs and are set in an urban area. The tuition and fees of this college are more on the expensive side, being roughly $58,128 while having an acceptance rate of 9%. This college accepts applications until January 1st, 2024.

  1. University of Maimi

Located in Coral Gables, Florida, this is a large, 4-year private college that offers both undergraduate and graduate programs. The campus is on a large 239-acre site and is set in a suburban area. This college’s tuition and fees are on the more expensive side, being roughly $59,926. Unlike the other private colleges, this has an acceptance rate of 19%. They accept applications up until January 1st, 2024.

There are more colleges than the ones listed above that accept applications past November 30th, so don’t worry if none of these colleges peak your interest.
