Calling all Wizards Of Waverly Place fans, there is a new reboot. Fans of Wizards of Waverly Place get to relive their childhood one more time. Our generation grew up watching Disney Channel during its prime time while Wizards Of Waverly Place was one of the top shows ever made. Gomez and David Henrie, both stars of the show, will serve as executive producers.
This new series will follow Selena Gomez and Alex Russo and Devid Henrie as her brother Justin Russo. Alex’s brother Justin Russo and the main character. After being the headmaster at wiztech he gives up his powers to have a wife and kids. Many years later a young wizard comes up to his door asking for his help. Throughout the series you will watch Justin help this young wizard save WizTech and the Wizard world!
If you have not seen Wizards Of Waverly Place you may be familiar with Selena Gomez’s appearance in Barney, A Cinderella Story, Ramona and Beezus, Princess Protection and is also a producer in the very popular show Thirteen Reasons Why. She also has an excellent singing career with many hit songs like Love You Like A Love Song, Come And Get It and many more.
Wizards star David Henrie and Justin Russo have not been in any other shows. He does appear in every episode of How I Met Your Mother playing the main character Ted Mosby’s son in the future.
It’s been said that Disney will have guest star appearances from Selena Gomez in the first episode. It seems we may have more, but it is not confirmed yet. Some actors that are doubtful to return are Jake T. Austin as Max Russo and Dan Benson as Justin’s best friend Zeke due to past problems.
