In the United States, a presidential election is held every four years in November. 2024 is one of those years. There hasn’t been any widespread or confirmed date for when the polls open. But when they do, there are many ways to vote. The most popular method is mail-in ballots. But you may go to an in-person polling place – which is the much more traditional method. Your polling place is based on your city, state, county, and address. At a polling place, you can encounter paper voting or touch-screen voting machines.
