Christmas is considered the best time of year specifically for students; it means no school and lots of fun activities. For Christmas break it is a hassle to find fun things to do so you might need help figuring out what to do and the best time during the break to do an activity with family, friends, or just yourself.
For this article there were a multitude of interviews to determine the best things to do during Christmas Break. This is a time that we all love and appreciate which makes it hard to determine what the best things to do because so many people have a different opinion. Gabriel Soriano Llamas says “Christmas is the best time of year to do all sorts of things so this can make it difficult to decide what to do or what to do first.”
We are here to solve this problem. After collecting some data we have found the best things to do during Christmas Break and the best time to do them.
The first thing you need to do is put up your Christmas tree. The number one priority is to decorate your house to make it festive because you can’t feel the Christmas spirit if your house isn’t decorated. If you can’t decorate it’s ok because the second best thing to do is drive around during christmas and check out all the decorated houses.
David a Benicia Highschool student says “During christmas my family has a tradition since we don’t want to decorate and then have to take the decorations down we just choose to drive around and look at all the cool decorations people set up and see all the different ideas people had to make their house look as festive as possible”.
Now next off this needs to be planned ahead and money saved. The next best option if you want to travel and see different places during Christmas break. Now this isn’t a very cost friendly option but it is a popular one for lots of families that have different traditions to go places. Some of the most popular places to visit according to globalgrasshopper “The top 3 best places to go during Christmas break are Leavenworth Washington, Waikiki Hawaii, and Lapland Finland.
Alright now we can also be more at home and stay with your family there are a multitude of activities you can do at home. When asked Mrs.Talbot said “During Christmas break I like to sleep in and relax at home instead of doing anything I like spending time with family and watching tv.
Now a resident of Vallejo says “I like watching movies, building gingerbread houses, christmas breakfast, playing board games, and spending time with family. These are the best things I like to do during Christmas break”.
Now we move to you instead of waiting for the day to come and making a random plan, think about the future and make a plan for the entire 2 weeks of Christmas break. If you think about it, maybe make a list of things you favor during Christmas break and don’t forget about New Years cause there are fireworks at 12 am. Just watch out and be safe during your Christmas break.
