Many might consider shopping locally, but may not know where to go. Benicia Psychic is a local spiritual and psychic shop that I would recommend checking out.
Benicia Psychic has been open from 2018-2024 and was reopened early of 2025. The owner, Morgan Evans chose to reopen her shop in town because “Benicia is a charming, small town and I wanted to do something a bit different than we have in town and bring new to Benicia.”
This shop sells a variety of things including carved and tumbled crystals, candles representing intentions, cleansing tools, natural scents, and more. These items make great gifts, as they can help with spiritually connecting to nature.
Not only does this shop sell spiritual goods, they also provide various services such as meditations, cleansings, and readings as well.
These readings are all different types. The options of readings are of your past, present and future, yes or no answers for questions using a pendulum or dowsing rods, a pet reading of their energy, a palm reading of your path, or an afterlife reading.
The other services consist of meditations or cleansings to relax your energy. These can help with manifesting something into your life, or letting go of what is wearing you down.
When I asked Morgan Evans what she loves about her job she then stated “What I love most about my job is meeting new people and building with the community. I love doing psychic readings with tarot the most so that I can connect with the person’s energy and get more in depth with the information of the reading.”
It is important to shop at small businesses when you can as it helps the local community economically by keeping money circling locally, while also supporting the business itself. Benicia is a small town, so supporting smaller companies will have a bigger impact in our community.
