States with the Best Scenery Ranked

By Tyler Kacalek

The United States is home to some of the most beautiful scenery and nature in the world, but a few states have landscapes that stand out from the rest. These are the top 4 most beautiful states to live in!

4. Wyoming

Wyoming is home to tons of beautiful, tall mountains as well as complex rock structures like Devil’s tower, Yellowstone national park, and the Grand Tetons. While Wyoming may not be heavily populated, it is heavily underrated when it comes to appreciation for its beautiful nature. Wyoming features long winters as well as long, warm summers which protects its soil, wildlife, and nature, which makes it a very suitable place to live.

3. Florida

Florida is located on the east coast of the United States, and is known for its beautiful beaches and hot climate. Florida features amazing beaches that contain soft, white sand as well as crystal clear water along with tons of tropical fish that live a bit off the coast. While it has beautiful beaches and water, it also is home to amazing resorts and communities built along the coast with beautiful ocean views and luxurious environments. Florida is the perfect place to go for your summer vacation this year!

2. Hawaii

Hawaii is one of the only island states in our country and is home to some of the country’s most beautiful rainforest environments, while also featuring amazing beaches. Hawaii has a hot, humid, tropical climate, but has breathtaking views from mountains, beaches, and valleys that are spread all over the state. The Hawaiian environment is very special, and differs from any other state in our country in the best way possible.

1. Alaska

Alaska is the most beautiful state in the country simply due to its climate, views, landscapes, nature, and wildlife. Alaska is the biggest state in the US, and borders Canada near the North Pole. Alaska is home to many massive mountains and green hillscapes, as well as tundras, fields, and valleys. Parts of Alaska have wildly different climates, making it suitable for tons of different types of wildlife. Alaska also lacks modernization, with things like cities, streets, pollution, and fast food restaurants being very scarce within the vast majority of nature. Everyone needs to visit Alaska at least once in their life!
