Since the establishment of Benicia High School, the campus floors have always fought for more. They have forever gotten the bad end of the stick and have recently gotten so sick of this treatment they have decided to do something.
The campus floors have gone through a lot every day for years and years. From hosting homecoming in the quad to students leaving their brunch meals on the floor. The floors got tired of it.
After having a conversation with the quad floor they stated, “I have worked for this school for so long and have absolutely nothing in return, so it was time for me to make myself seen so maybe someone would do something about it.”
Within the last couple months the floors have been making their appearance much stronger throughout BHS and some in a bit of concerning ways. It first started with the leadership class, during the election for the ASB President the floors ran and had a campaign with lots of emotional appeal being able to rack up the vote of eighty percent of the BHS student body. During post election interviews we see the opposing candidate was very shocked they were beaten out by the floor and were deemed to be quite upset
After gaining hold of the ASB position more and more began to happen, the floor began to take over the front desk, then the finance office, and after much more overthrown positions last was the principal.
After becoming principal, the campus floors have tightened up on rules and expectations regarding how we treat our campus in order to keep it looking as nice as possible. We should all be making a bigger effort to keep our school as clean as possible. So always keep in mind being overthrown by our campus floors next time you think of leaving your trash on the floor.
