Remember when you were 3-4 years old and you were playing with your toys in the living room, all happy without a care in the world.
You put your toys down for a minute to go check out something and when you came back, your friend was playing with YOUR toys?!?! The atrocity, the astonishment, how dare they! Childish right?
But now some of us can’t stand the thought of people who are just looking for opportunity in our country? We aren’t little kids anymore guys.
Immigrants are allowed into America. And the fact that some people can’t get that, it’s actually messed up.
One of the main reasons residents feel threatened by immigrants is because of the competition for jobs. And many think that the easiest way to get rid of this problem is to either remove immigrants or restrict their access.
However something people don’t realize is that with a decline in immigrants, comes a decline in economic growth.
It’s a crazy thought, but threatening about 110% of your workforce can actually lead to them not working in fear of being deported. CRAZY RIGHT?!?!?!
With people not working, it’s leading to a decline in job creation and labor growth. Which is doing the exact opposite thing that Pro-Deportation Advocates were trying to prevent in the first place!
Did you guys know that all immigrants that have either been brought or came on their own into the US workforce, have essentially built our country.
They helped drive industrialization, economic growth, and cultural development to the roof! And not to mention the fact that they have provided vital labor for building our infrastructure.
I think it’s safe to say that if you still think immigrants are illegal, maybe re-read the article again, because there is a secret part that I bet you missed.
