As we all know, the president is very smart and not impulsive at all. We also know that the president’s favorite color is green, and what could he love more than making America great again?
That’s right, Greenland! With its beautiful greenlandness, but what would make it better in the eyes of the “greatest” president? A permanent military presence in Greenland!
Our president has been extremely interested in buying Greenland for the past couple of years, mainly for its vast territory and mineral wealth.
The president has been so obsessed with Greenland, that even in discussions with friends and consultants he would constantly bring it up.
One of his friends, who doesn’t want to be named, says that, “He would do anything to acquire Greenland all because of the Chinese and the Russians,” which is later highlighted by the President’s threats towards Denmark and its allies.
Reporter John Wicks says that after the 2024 election, “Trump wouldn’t shut up about his desire to finally own Greenland,” and later saying that he’s been dreaming of it ever since he was a kid.
He specifically remembers the millions of kilometres of Greenland ripe for the picking and the attractive gold mine of fossil fuels that he couldn’t wait to get his hands on.
Trump seems very determined to gain control over Greenland and with upcoming negotiations set in stone, we will see how far Trump is willing to go to claim his favorite color.
But he’s not the first president to try and go for Greenland, in 1946 President Harry Truman offered Denmark $100 Million for it. But the President saw Alaska more appealing.
So maybe it’s not just Trump’s fascination with Greenland, but it’s something darker. Something that we Americans all crave, deep down, a hunger that we can’t get rid of. WE MUST GET GREENLAND!
