Not long after the highest grossing 2017 live action film Beauty and the Beast released, Disney has released the cast list for the 2019 live action film of The Lion King. The cast list stays true to the original 1994 film, with exceptions to the hyenas receiving an “upgrade with some new names and some killer comedic talent”. The cast list has already circulated across social media, gaining buzz for its members Beyonce and Eric Andre. Summer of 2019 cannot come fast enough with this full roster.
