Overnight, a local bakery exploded in popularity. One House Bakery, in Benicia California, suddenly got popular overnight due to their handmade Halloween decorations. A six-foot tall replica of Han Solo frozen, fully made from bread. Sitting outside the store, many have stopped to marvel at it, and it has caught the attention of many newspapers nationwide.
Using dead dough, a type of dough that is used mainly for art, they crafted this over months of hard work and dedication. They’ve made creations like this before as well. They made a tribute to “Game of Thrones” and “Mandalorian”. It has become a holiday tradition for One House Bakery.
However, Pan Solo has gotten more popular than any of their other bread creations. Many nation-wide news sources, such as the New York Times and NPR have drawn more attention to this year’s Halloween creation with both creating articles on the impressiveness and interest it has gathered. It gathered a storm of customers, and the bakery said that it’s been hard to keep up with the influx of customers. Many are excited to see what they have in store for next October!
