Your life would succ without a succulent or a few.

Succulents are cute plants that come in different pots, sizes, and different species of plants. There are lots of different kinds to choose from, so what green friend will fit best with you in your life? There are lots of things to consider when bringing a new plant into the family, they require sunlight, water, and love to blossom. Let’s take a look and discover what kind of plant will fit best with your life and crazy schedule.

  1. Sunlight. According to Succulents and Sunshine, if your plant is going to be outside they need about 6 hours of direct sunlight. If your plant is going to be inside they need to be in a window that receives sunlight all day.
  2. Water. According to CSSSJ your succulent should be watered about once a week. Make sure your plant is in a pot that has holes in the bottom so that the water will drain out and the roots won’t get water logged. That will kill them.
  3. Love. Make sure to do all you can to make the succulent grow as big and healthy as possible. Plants can’t take care of itself, so make sure you take good care of them.
  4. Time. All in all they don’t take up that much time because all you have to do is water them once a week and leave them sitting in a window that gets sunlight. They are one of the easiest plants to take care of in my opinion.

I have three plants that I love dearly. They all have names and it’s important to treat your plant like it is part of the family because they are alive and have feelings too. Plants have many health benefits for you. According to, Bio Advanced, plants can reduce stress, put you in a better mood, help with breathing, purifying air, and sharpening your focus. Take good care of your green friend and enjoy!
