Fans of Ice Nine Kills are beginning to get even more excited for the new album to come out, especially now that another single has been released. This is the third single released off the new album, following the song “Hip to be Scared” (based on the movie American Psycho), and “Assault and Batteries” (about Childs Play.) On September 7th they released “Rainy Day”, a song inspired by the Resident Evil movies.

With these singles, they have been including small snippets that connect to an overarching story. These include the lead vocalist, Spencer Charnas, acting as himself, being accused of murdering his fiancé. This story will be concluded once the album is released.

Just like the last album, there will be quite a few guests featured on some songs in the album. A wide range of vocalists, all from different musical backgrounds, will be heard throughout the track list. The guests will include: Jacoby Shaddix (Papa Roach), George Fischer (Cannibal Corpse), Brandon Saller (Atreyu), Ryan Kirby (Fit For a King), and Buddy Nielsen (Senses Unfold).

Ice Nine Kills is known for their theatrical and ska punk style, paired with slamming metal, that has proven to be an unusual, but very likeable combo. It that has attracted many crazy fans who cannot wait for the new album to be released
