Founder of The Oathkeepers Found Guilty, and Sentenced To 18 Years

The leader of the Oath Keepers group, Stewart Rhodes, is facing years in prison for his alleged involvement in the January 6th capitol riot. 

This latest twist in the ongoing investigation has sent shockwaves through the nation. The Oath Keepers, known as an organization of “patriots”, claims to uphold the Constitution and protect individual rights. However, authorities have long been scrutinizing the group, and the events of January 6th brought their activities into a clearer view. Rhodes and several members of the Oath Keepers are accused of planning and participating in the capitol attack. The charges against them include conspiracy, obstruction of an official proceeding, and entering restricted grounds. The level of terrorism enhancement attached to Rhodes’ case further underscores the gravity of the allegations. This further highlights the severity of the charges and the potential impact of his actions on our national security. Due to these developments, the law is currently pursuing Rhodes.
