Basketball games are very boring. There are too many rules and things to follow. Like when the ball goes loose and two people grab it, it becomes a jump ball. No one can follow that these days. When you are watching a basketball game, you are constantly looking around for what’s going on.
The rules are very random. There is a rule if the ball goes out of bounds its the other teams ball, but if the person with the ball steps out its still th same thing. That is not fair because it did not hit the floor. Not being able to touch or fight someone while playing takes away from the whole experience. You should be able to knock someone out whenever you want with no consequence. But, no. When you do you get removed from the game, so unnecessary.
There is also so much going on and too many players that have different positions. There are at least 15 positions that all do different things. It is just too much to count and keep up with. 5 people on each team is way too much. If it were three then maybe it would be ok. We need to cancel basketball for all these reasons.
