There are many albums and singles coming out this year of 2024. This year, tons of music, new artists, features, comebacks, albums, singles, EP, and more will be released! Albums like The Tortured Poets Department by Taylor Swift, Might Delete Later by J. Cole, and We Still Don’t Trust You by Future and Metro Boomin are out now! Looking ahead, I will be putting all of the music and the artists from Metacritic, Billboard, and Kpop Official. According to many people, they are super excited to listen to many new music this year so here are the some artists and their music:
On April 25 – 30, 2024
Jay Park – “Your/My” from Digital Single [Jay Park Season 1]
Jay Park is an American rapper based in South Korea. He is a bit controversial but some of his songs are good and the genre he mostly focuses on is R&B/Soul.
St. Vincent – “All Born Screaming”
St. Vincent or Anne Erin Clark is an American singer and musician. She focuses on Alternative/Indie and with her new single and song “All Born Screaming,” is about, according to People, “the agony and the ecstasy of what it means to be alive.”
Bullion – “Affection”
Bullion or Nathan Jenkins is a songwriter and producer. The genres he focuses on are Alternative/Indie, Dance/Electronic. His music “Affection” follows his other music, “We Had A Good Time,” with rhythms and alternative pop.
IVE – “HEYA”
IVE is a Kpop girl group consisting of 6 members. Their song “HEYA” is from the album IVE SWITCH which is their 2nd EP. This song, according to some people, has many fun instruments and moments in it. IVE debuted in December 2021 until its disbandment on April 29, 2021. They are known for their catchy and fun songs.
Xdinary Heroes – Album: 1st Full Album – Troubleshooting
Xdinary Heroes is a rock band in South Korea consisting of 6 members. Their album Troubleshooting has 10 tracklists. This is their first full album releasing soon. They debuted around December 2021 and have gained much support around the world.

Dua Lipa – Radical Optimism
Dua Lipa is an English and Albanian singer and songwriter. Her album, she stated in the grammys, “… lack of a better word, radically optimistic… Throughout the whole record, there’s this idea of chaos happening around and me trying to push through it in a way that feels authentic and honest to me.”
Sia – Reasonable Woman
Sia Kate Isobelle Furler is an Australian singer and songwriter. She is 48 years old and she came out in February 1990. Her album, “Reasonable Women,” consists of 15 songs and will be released by Monkey Puzzle and Atlantic Records. Her songs have emotion and feelings according to AP entertainment that will be an enjoyment for many people.
Billie Eilish – Hit Me Hard and Soft (Interscope Records)
Billie Eilish is an American singer and songwriter. She is 22 years old and she gained public attention in 2015. This album consists of 10 songs from Interscope Records. According to The Hollywood Reporter, this album is about her and finding herself again.
Cage the Elephant – Neon Pill
Cage The Elephant is an American rock band. They gained public attention in 2008 and to this day have gained much support and fans around the world. Neon Pill is their upcoming sixth studio album and according to dailyillini, “The title track tells the story of an unhealthy relationship that the protagonist cannot seem to escape from. The relationship is symbolized by a “Neon Pill,” as Schultz compares it to an enticing drug. The verses and choruses contradict one another, as the verses reveal the protagonist’s thrill that comes from the relationship and show his confidence that the two will meet again.”
RM – Right Place, Wrong Person (BIGHIT MUSIC)
RM or Rap Monster, formally known as Kim Nam-joon, is a South Korean rapper and songwriter. He is a part of a K-pop group called BTS. Right Place, Wrong Person is a solo album and it is about feeling like an outsider and who doesn’t fit in according to Billboard.

NewJeans – Right Now
NewJeans is a Kpop group consisting of 5 members. They are well known for their good music and cute outfits. Supernatural and Right now are two single albums making their comeback. They debuted in July 2022 rising to become the 4th generation of K-pop.
Bon Jovi – “Forever”
Bon Jovi is a famous American rock band formed in 1983. The band consists of 8 members. Their songs are known for their relatable lyrics and powerful and strong riffs. Many people around the world love them and are very excited for the upcoming song.
Meghan Trainor – Timeless
Meghan Trainor is an American singer, songwriter, and TV personality. She is 30 years old and her upcoming album Timeless is a country pop album. It is the sixth major-label studio and with her album, is her Timeless tour happening on September 2, 2024 to October 19, 2024.
Normani – Dopamine
Normani is an American singer. She was a part of the girl group named Fifth Harmony and has beautiful vocals. Her album is about Dopamine Normani’s highs and lows throughout her life according to Genius.
Aurora – What Happened To The Heart?
Aurora is a Norwegian singer-songwriter and record producer. Her album will become her fourth studio album. This album consists of 16 songs and according to Genius, her album is about “A poignant and introspective musical journey that explores the loss of spiritual connection in modern society, the healing power of vulnerability, and the call to ignite change through reuniting the heart with politics and personal growth.”
