Anthony Davis has recently been traded to the Los Angeles Lakers from the New Orleans Pelicans. The pelicans agreed to trade him in exchange for Lonzo Ball, Brandon Ingram, and Josh Hart. The Pelicans also got three first round picks.
Currently, he is the best defensive player in the NBA and he is on the road to achieve the most valuable player in the NBA. He scores an average of 26.7 points per game along with 9.1 rebounds per game and 3.2 assists per game. Since Davis’ height is six feet, ten inches, he is easily able to stop a ball on a fast break or shot. He has an average of five blocks per game. If Anthony keeps up with the defense, and continuously works on his offense, he will have no trouble taking the MVP award.
The Head Coach of the Lakers, Frank Vogel, is stoked to see how the rest of the season goes with LeBron James and Anthony Davis growing their bond on the court. The Lakers are off to a good start with a record of nineteen wins and three losses, (9-3). The Lakers next game is against the TimberWolves on 12/8/19 at 6:30.
The Los Angeles Lakers could potentially be the best team in the league and be able to win the championship if they stay on the road that they are on as of now.
